Three catering establishments in Brabant have received the prestigious award Bib Gourmand from Michelin. The price goes to restaurants that offer an excellent price-quality ratio. They are an initiative of Michelin, the organization that also provides the stars to restaurants.
The Netherlands has a total of nine new Bib Gourmand restaurants. Three of them come from Brabant. It is about NEV in Eindhoven, which is described by the inspectors as ‘great place to discover a playful performance of Turkish cuisine’. For a ‘own approach to recognizable flavors’, guests have to visit Avenue43 in Oss and Petite in Sint-Oedenrode.
The catering establishments were told on Monday that they were included on the List of Bib Gourmand. Michelin is already trying to stir up the fire for next week. Then the organization announces which restaurants have received a star, retained or lost.
