Mehmet Kaya was elected as the chairman of Gençlerbirliği Sports Club, which became vacant after Osman Sungur resigned, as a result of the voting held by the board of directors.
Mehmet Kaya became the new president of Gençlerbirliği, replacing Osman Sungur, who left his post as president due to health and personal reasons. At the board meeting of Gençlerbirliği held today, Mehmet Kaya was unanimously elected as the 29th president of the club.
