McDonald’s was the first established fast food company in Russia. The opening of the very first branch in Moscow in 1990 immediately attracted 30,000 visitors. They stood in line for hours to taste the American menu for themselves. Over the years, the popularity of McDonald’s grew more and more, reaching even 847 locations.
