Matthijs van Nieuwkerk will make programs for RTL and Videoland.
The presenter can be seen from the spring of 2024 with a weekly, current program full of music on Sunday evenings on RTL 4. Other, newly to be developed programs for RTL and Videoland are also discussed.
In November 2022, Van Nieuwkerk left BnnVara after the publication of an article in de Volkskrant . He was accused of inappropriate behavior in his program The world goes on . Van Nieuwkerk decided to leave the broadcaster because he did not feel supported after the article was published.
It was previously speculated that the presenter would work at Omroep Max or Talpa.
