Complete update Fortuna Liga
Transfermarkt has revised the market values in the Czech Fortuna Liga as part of the complete updates in the summer. Among the biggest winners are some players who will only stay with their current teams until the end of the month before moving to other clubs from July 1st. Among them is Adam Hlozek, who is moving to Bayer 04 Leverkusen after eight years at Sparta Prague.
The “Werkself” transfers a base fee of 13 million euros, which is below the previous market value of the 19-year-old offensive player. Nevertheless, Hlozek has increased by EUR 1 million to EUR 20 million, not least because the overall package is likely to grow significantly due to bonuses and resale clauses. With twelve goals and 14 assists, the right-footed player was again the most conspicuous player in his team this season. In the worldwide ranking of U19 talents, he jumps to twelfth place with his new value (to the statistics).
Within the league, Hlozek continues to extend his lead – at least until June 30 – over pursuers Tomas Holes (29) and Alexander Bah (24). Midfielder Holes, whose market value remains unchanged at €8m, will take the sole lead from July as right-back Bah Slavia leaves Prague for Benfica. His market value had previously been adjusted upwards by EUR 1 million and, at EUR 8 million, is now exactly the amount that the Portuguese capital club is transferring to the Czech Republic.
In terms of squad values, Slavia remains at the top despite a slight overall minus of around 2 million euros. With the departure of Hlozek, Sparta will lose more than a third of their current value (53.78m) and are significantly narrower than Viktoria Pilsen, who recorded the biggest plus in the league with 2m euros and consolidated third place. The most valuable professional in the squad is keeper Jindrich Stanek (26), who has doubled his market value from EUR 1.5 million to EUR 3 million.
