It is not really Rutte, but an AI version of the VVD politician. And then he sings, a little nasally and with some traces of a soft G, the song of Guus Meeuwis.
To add a cliché to it: everything is possible, nowadays. You may already know ChatGPT, the program that answers your questions like a lightning-fast search engine. But Artificial Intelligence really can do endless things. What you see here is that the technology is used to distort a song in such a way that it looks like someone else is singing it. Fragments of Rutte’s voice are used to distort it with Meeuwis. And, well, then you get this.
