The Dutch Navy led six Russian ships through the North Sea this weekend. The ships conduct the Dutch exclusive economic zone, where they have an internationally agreed right to pass, but the Netherlands guides some fleets, “not only to be vigilant, but also to intervene with suspicious actions or disturbances.”
