Marc-Marie Huijbregts praises Yvonne Coldeweijer: ‘Very clever’

Marc-Marie Huijbregts hands out a compliment to Yvonne Coldeweijer. He thinks it’s amazing how she has quickly made a name for herself as a juice queen. “She’s suddenly just a voice in everything.”

Juice channels like Yvonne Coldeweijer’s cause a lot of annoyance to some people, including celebrities. Not entirely justified, says Marc-Marie Huijbregts. “I also think we should take a look at ourselves. Those juice channels wouldn’t exist if nobody subscribed to them,” he says Coffee time.

‘Beautiful of Yvonne’

Marc-Marie thinks that Yvonne handles it all very cleverly. “What I think is very clever about that Yvonne Coldeweijer is that within a year or so she suddenly becomes a voice in everything. I also found that so funny with Angela de Jong. Suddenly she is just the authority on TV. I always find that very nice when people do that.”

He continues: “If people create for themselves a kind of place in the world where they can live. I think so too… If we all didn’t want to know, then they wouldn’t exist.”

Coffee time host Patrick Martens: “It says more about us than about her, of course. That is also true.”

Happy Podcast

Marc-Marie is now making a showbiz podcast with Privé star journalist Jan Uriot, but that is definitely not juice-like, says the comedian. “It’s more like a nice, happy, nice podcast. In any case, I’ve had enough about all the sadness and he has been talking to those in the parking garage again. I just don’t need to know.”

Jan is more critical of the juice channels. “Yes, look, I mean: it is so easy to say things, of course, but just come up with facts. There’s a lot of yelling going on in those channels and that’s something we just don’t want. We just want to keep it positive and I also think that you should not just offend people.”
