Måneskin have to postpone European tour

Måneskin actually wanted to storm the European concert halls as early as February. Nothing will come of it. Due to the ongoing corona pandemic and the corresponding conditions, the four-piece band cannot complete their tour for the time being. This also means that Måneskin’s performance in Berlin, which was planned for February 26th, is cancelled.

The rock band made a statement on Instagram. All band members are very sorry for the postponement of the tour, it says. But due to the different Corona regulations in different countries, it is impossible to let the tour take place as planned at the moment.

Addressing her fans, Måneskin continued: “Thank you for your patience and support, we are all in this together so we all have to wait and see but we will come back and swear it will get even better.”

New dates for the concerts have not yet been announced, but alternatives should be found by March.

The group’s outdoor shows in Italy are unaffected by the cancellations. And by summer at the latest you can hear Måneskin again in Germany. At least according to the plan, the group is on stage at “Rock am Ring” and “Rock im Park”.

Last year, Måneskin released their second album Teatro d’ira: Vol. I, following their 2018 debut Il ballo della vita. They became internationally known through their victory at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021.
