A man died on Wednesday afternoon in an accident on the Trolliuslaan in Waalre. According to the police, the man was in the tree to perform work and was killed.
It is not yet clear what exactly happened. The man would have been busy sawing off part of the tree. He might have been trapped under one of the sawn -off pieces.
The emergency services, including a trauma helicopter, are massively present and the area is closed.
