The fire broke out around 8:40 PM. The fire brigade responded with several vehicles and had the fire under control within an hour. According to a spokesperson, firefighters are still busy extinguishing the building.
No one was in the building at the time of the fire, the spokesperson said. No one was injured, but the building did sustain heavy damage. Photos show that a large part of the clubhouse has been completely destroyed.
It is still unknown how the fire started.
