Two cars collided at the beginning of the evening at a roundabout near Noord-Sleen. That happened just before seven on the N376 near the Middelesweg in Noord-Sleen.
One person was taken to hospital by ambulance. Both cars were severely damaged in the accident.
The road was temporarily closed due to emergency services and the recovery of the cars.
