The French cycling professional Paul Magnier won the fourth stage on the tour of the Poland. The 21-year-old from the Soudal-Quick Step team prevailed on Thursday in the mass sprint in Cieszyn after 201.4 km in front of the British Ben Turner (Ineos Grenadiers).

Tim Torn Teutenberg (Lidl-Trek) became the best German third party, but already had several wheel lengths behind the finish line. The Frenchman Paul Lapeira (Decathlon AG2R) is further at the top of the overall ranking.

The fifth stage leads on Friday over 206.1 km from Katowice to the ski jumping stronghold Zakopane. Another sprint final is not to be expected with two mountain ratings from the 1st category.
