The attack on Iran by Israel and the USA has an impact on air traffic.
According to a spokesman, Lufthansa is suspending several flights to the Middle East. The cities of Tel Aviv (Israel), Beirut (Lebanon), Amman (Jordan), Erbil (Iraq) and Tehran (Iran) would not be served until March 7th.
The following airspace would also not be used until March 7th: Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Iran. Flights to and from Dubai and Abu Dhabi will not take place today or tomorrow, the spokesman said.
Affected passengers could rebook for a later travel date free of charge or receive the ticket price back. Lufthansa regrets the inconvenience, but safety for passengers and crews is the top priority for the Lufthansa Group.
