An explosion occurred at a house on Passendalestraat in Breda on Sunday evening around ten o’clock. The police report this. The house is being investigated by an explosives reconnaissance team.
The police received a report of a loud bang around ten o’clock on Sunday evening. “No one was in the house at the time of the explosion,” said a police spokesperson. An ambulance also arrived on the scene, as far as we know no one was injured.
The explosives reconnaissance team investigates the house. “They are looking at what caused the explosion and what it was. It could have gone either way, it could have been a fireworks bomb but also a gas explosion.”
