Dutch farmers and gardeners were paid on average more than 10 percent less for their products in the first quarter of this year compared to a year earlier. According to new figures from Statistics Netherlands (CBS), potatoes in particular yielded less. The selling prices of fruit, grains, milk and eggs were also significantly lower.
