“Lou was still upstairs, said my neighbor who was under soot”: Man (88) dies in Hasselt, wife (77) seriously injured

In a fierce fire in an apartment building in Runkst (Hasselt) in Limburg, an 88-year-old man died on Sunday night. His wife (77) was seriously injured. “I heard her call for help and walked there,” says neighbor Johny. He tells how he found her, and how is it that the deadly victim Lou couldn’t get down.
