There is no real favorite in this game, both teams are in the middle of the table with six points after four games. Frankfurt is still unbeaten, the opening win against Darmstadt was followed by draws against Mainz, Cologne and Bochum. So the Eagles aren’t really in the swing of things yet, but at least they got a 2-1 win against Aberdeen in the Conference League. Maybe this can give a boost.

To start, let’s take a look at the lineups. At Frankfurt, coach Dino Toppmöller made four changes compared to the game during the week. Tuta, Buta, Larsson and Chaïbi start for Smolčić, Rode, Aaronson and Götze. With the exception of Jakić and Rode, he has plenty to draw from. On the other hand, Christian Streich rotates a little more moderately. Gulde and Keitel replace Schmidt and Höfler in the starting eleven.
