He has tested positive for the coronavirus. Jans was already missing from training on Friday, just like his assistant Andries Ulderink. Despite some good results after the winter break, PEC is still behind. The ball in the Grolsch Veste starts rolling at 8 p.m.
NEC – Sparta Rotterdam
With a win over Sparta, NEC reaches the ‘magic limit’ of 34 points. A number with which you are normally free from relegation worries. Sparta still has plenty of that with a seventeenth place, although the score is slightly distorted. The team from Rotterdam will receive the result of the finished match against Vitesse and still have the make-up match against Fortuna Sittard to pay. The duel in Nijmegen starts at 9 p.m.
