FOOTBALL – After a stormy week and the canceled game against FC Volendam, a tropical roster awaits FC Emmen, with six matches in 24 days. Tonight awaits the first match in their own Oude Meerdijk against Young Ajax.
FC Emmen – Jong Ajax is the duel between the numbers 2 and 4 of the Kitchen Champion Division. In the stand therefore competitors of each other, although the talents from Amsterdam of course do not participate in the battle for promotion. In that regard, Emmen looks more at clubs such as ADO Den Haag (which will not be in action tonight due to storm damage to the stadium), Excelsior, FC Eindhoven and Roda JC.
All these competitors are at least three points below Emmen and have all played at least one more game (Excelsior even two). Next Tuesday, when Emmen plays again at home against Helmond Sport, everything will be balanced again.
