FC Schalke gives players to the competition

This year’s transfer summer has it all. This is because the clubs are allowed to sign players for the first time in two different periods. Due to the club World Cup, the first transfer window for the participating clubs was open from June 1st to June 10th. The regular transfer window then extends from July 1st to September 1st.

Lino Tempelmann will continue to appear for Eintracht Braunschweig in the future. The 26-year-old midfielder changes from second division Schalke 04 to league competitor. Both clubs confirmed the transfer on Saturday.

Tempelmann was already active for Lower Saxony in the second half of the last season of last season – and convinced as a central component in the relegation battle. In total, Tempelmann came to 18 missions for Eintracht, scored seven goals and gave two templates.

In Braunschweig, the former Freiburger now receives a contract until 2028. One year before the end of the contract, Schalke receives a transfer, which, according to “Kicker”, is around 300,000 euros.

In July of last year, João Palhinha came to FC Bayern for 50 million euros. The defensive midfield player had great hopes to start with the German record champions, but so far he has only completed 24 games and was only six times in the Bundesliga. According to the English “Daily Mail”, FC Fulham should therefore be interested in bringing back the 29-year-old.

Accordingly, it is currently about checking a loan. Bavaria’s sports director Christoph Freund recently emphasized at “Sport1” that Palhinha “was a real fighter, a really good character”. He played for Fulham from 2022 to 2024.

Almost 40 years old and no end in sight: former Bundesliga striker Edin Džeko returns to Italy and continues his career at AC Florence. The club of the German international Robin Gosens announced on Sunday that the Bosnian had successfully completed the medical check.

Džeko most recently played at Fenerbahçe Istanbul, where his contract ends on June 30th. For Bosnia’s national records (141 missions), according to AS Rome and Inter Milan, the third stop in Serie A. From July 2007 to January 2011, Džeko had played for VfL Wolfsburg and was decisive in the 2008/09 season in winning the German championship.

The “Werkelf” is apparently right before Jarell Quansah’s commitment. As several media unanimously report, Bayer Leverkusen has already agreed with the 22-year-old central defender of Liverpool FC. The negotiations between the two clubs are also about to be completed.
