In the event of an explosion and a failed attack on a house on the Desmijndijk in Roosendaal, in May and June, the perpetrators used a small, silver -gray car. The car is portrayed in Bureau Brabant. Striking: a sticker is stuck on the rear window with the number 44. The two men who have granted it on the home can also be seen on Monday evening.
The house was closed for four weeks after the explosion. Mayor Mark Buijs took this decision in the hope that peace would return in the neighborhood. It was not the first time that something violent happened on the Desmijndijk or immediate surroundings.
A lot of damage
The explosion, in the night of 12 to 13 May, around a quarter to two, caused a lot of damage to the facade of the building. The people who were home then were not injured. The perpetrator was almost certainly in a small, light -colored car that has registered cameras that they first drive quietly across the Desmijndijk. At a certain moment the car disappears from the picture, after which a man comes into sight. He was almost certainly in that vehicle and would throw a Molov cocktail against the house. Soon after, you hear a huge bang and you see flashes of light and smoke. A little later the same passenger car drives away.
Mayor Buijs decided to lock the house for four weeks due to ‘serious danger to public order’. A few months earlier, a block further on was also thrown in at a home.
Despite the far -reaching decision of Buijs, it is hit again a month later. On June 9, around ten to ten, an attempt is made to explode two Cobras. The man who has been engaged for this is quite clearly visible in Bureau Brabant. He may have been brought to the Desmijndijk in the silver -gray Volkswagen, because in the broadcast you see him getting out of the passenger side of the car. He may not knew that there was no one in the house at the time, or he nevertheless wanted to show that it was serious. And otherwise the person from whom he may have given an order to commit this attack.
Phone in hand
The man had a phone in his hand, among other things. In these types of incidents, according to the police, it is use that they are being filmed and that images are shared with, for example, the person who has ordered an attack.
The man who committed this (failed) attack has a light skin color, wore a brown sweater with hood, black pants and white sneakers.
After the incident of 9 June, Buijs called to lock four weeks longer.
