Library Hoogeveen closed for three weeks for renovation

The library in Hoogeveen will be closed for the next three weeks. Some activities will continue, but you can’t walk in. The library is being renovated.

Hoogeveners have recently been able to contribute ideas about the new layout of the library. A survey was held at the end of last year, and a number of consultation meetings were also organised.

The renovation will last until Sunday 25 June. The library reopens the following Monday.

It is possible to collect reservations. The borrowed materials can be kept at home twice as long as normal. Handing in is not necessary during the renovation.

There are also consultation hours, but not in the library building. The Digital consultation hours and the walk-in consultation hours of Klik & Tik are available on Mondays between 1 and 3 pm during the period of closure. These office hours are held in the building of Cultuurklik (Scala) at Markt 5 in Hoogeveen.
