The singer hints at new music via X (formerly Twitter), but not a new tour.
Liam Gallagher’s current studio album C’MON YOU KNOW was not released until 2022. But the former Oasis member apparently finds it difficult to sit still for long. Because the singer indicates on X (formerly Twitter) that fans can expect a new record soon.
In August 2023, the musician released his live album KNEBWORTH 22, which – as the name suggests – was recorded at a concert in Knebworth, England, in 2022. More than 170,000 people saw Gallagher perform live over the two evenings. The performance marked his biggest solo gig to date.
It has been more than two decades since the artist took to the stage in Knebworth. Together with his brother Noel Gallagher and the band Oasis, he played a concert there in 1996. The group also released a live album from that performance and a documentary in 2021.
Most recently, Noel Gallagher announced an anniversary edition of Oasis’ debut album DEFINITELY MAYBE. The record is scheduled to be released in 2024 to celebrate the 30th anniversary.
