THE SESSION BEGINS

ERC, EH-BILDU AND BNG DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE OATH OF THE CONSTITUTION
ERC, EH-Bildu and BNG have made public this Tuesday a statement in which they emphasize that they do not recognize or protect the Spanish monarchical regime for assuming “a lock on the national and social aspirations” of Catalonia, the Basque Country and Galicia.
“Neither monarchy, nor Constitution. Democracy. Freedom. Republics” is the title of the manifesto in which these sovereignist forces explain that they will not participate in the swearing in of the Constitution by Princess Leonor because “neither the king nor his heirs have the legitimacy of our societies” and, consequently, they do not recognize any political or institutional function.

THE ROYAL FAMILY ADDRESSES CONGRESS
The delegation with the Royal Family has left the Zarzuela Palace towards the Congress of Deputies, where They are scheduled to arrive in about half an hour.
WHEN WILL LEONOR SWEAR THE CONSTITUTION
Once the national anthem plays, the president of the lower house, Francina Armengol, will offer his speech.
Once he finishes his speech, he will ask the deputies and senators to stand up and that will be when Leonor swore the Constitution on the same copy of the Magna Carta in which her father swore the oath in 1986.
THE PROTOCOL OF THE ACT

THE BOURBON FAMILY WILL REUNITE AFTER FIVE YEARS
