Las Vegas shooting leaves ‘multiple victims’

A shooting in the University of Nevadain Las Vegas, has caused “multiple victims“, indicated the city’s metropolitan police in its initial estimates of the event, adding shortly after that a suspect had been “neutralized.”

On social networks, the Las Vegas Police urged citizens avoid the areawhile the university itself warned its students that the alert received was not a drill and that they should go to safety.

The police did not specify the number of victims or whether they were dead or injured, stating only that “there appear to be multiple victims.”

The White House limited itself to pointing out that what happened continues very close.

The shootings are “an epidemic that the president (American, Joe Biden) has been taken very seriously. That is why we have taken measures. “We are monitoring the situation very closely,” the presidential spokesperson said in her daily press conference, Karine Jean-Pierre.

The University of Nevada, abbreviated as UNLV, is a public institution founded in 1957 that has around 31,000 students.
