On Sunday, VfL Wolfsburg made a mistake in Leverkusen. FC Bayern’s women took their chance and took the lead in the table.
FC Bayern’s women are the new Bundesliga leaders. After VfL Wolfsburg’s 1-1 draw in Leverkusen, the Munich team took the opportunity to jump to first place and deservedly won 4-0 against SC Freiburg.
Linda Sembrant (6th minute) and national player Lea Schüller (19th) made things clear early on at the Bayern campus. In front of Bayern President Herbert Hainer, FCB increased the score with a double strike through Linda Dallmann (58th) and Katharina Naschenweng (60th).
The overwhelmed Freiburg team didn’t fire a single shot towards FC Bayern’s goal. While the home team celebrates being at the top of the table, Freiburg is standing still as a disappointing eighth place in the table.

35th minute: Freiburg is now trying to get into the game a little better, Bayern is managing. But the sports club has so far not posed any threat to goals.
31st minute: Harder tries from a distance, but her shot is too harmless, no problem for Freiburg goalkeeper Rafaela Borggräfe.
