L1mburg Central: Roads in Vaals cannot just be closed

They are completely done with it in Vaals, with the nuisance of motorcycles that tear through the municipality, especially at weekends. To reduce this nuisance, Vaals wants to close a number of roads for the motorbikes as a trial. But the neighboring municipality of Gulpen-Wittem does not agree with this, because then those engines will come there and the problem will move.
