Kuipers wants a broader view of corona policy: ‘The solution is not only in healthcare’

Ernst Kuipers took over from Hugo de Jonge on Monday. As the new Minister of Health, he must get to work on “managing the pandemic”, as he calls it. In his first conversation with the parliamentary press, Kuipers cautiously hinted that he wants to look at the crisis from a slightly different perspective than his predecessor. “The solution for managing the pandemic is much broader than just healthcare.”
