“In our sector, where we work with multiple interlocutors and complex administrative processes, digitize is not only recommended, it is essential,” he says Fernando ManchaDirector of Resources in Arpo. “We wanted to leave fragmented systems and repetitive tasks to focus on what really provides value: analysis, anticipation and customer service.”
From analogical experience to digital maturity
For years, Arpo has worked with tools inherited from different phases of its growth. Although the company had implemented certain technological solutions over time, the global digital transformation had been postponed. “We knew we needed a deep change, but we wanted to do it well. In a structured, not improvised way,” explains Fernando.

Arpo, who had already heard of the digital kit, saw a natural evolution in Kit Consulting. “We needed rethink our operation in an integral wayfrom capture to internal management. And for that, an advisor’s expert accompaniment was key, ”he says.
A clear, realistic and aligned road map with the business
After getting the aid, Arpo turned to the process. Chose the service of Advice on business processes. “Our digital advisor worked side by side with the team. Everything is intended for an SME to focus on the bottom, not on the form.” In addition, the fact that the process is completely digital, without the need to provide paper documents, was a relief. “It is very much appreciated when you have a thousand open fronts,” he acknowledges.
Once the aid was granted, Arpo had access to an extensive catalog of digital advisors, now composed of more than 3,000 advisors adhered, which allowed the professional to be chosen who best understood their sector and their reality. “Not all advisors are worth all companies. We were lucky to find a profile that understood us, that our language spoke and knew how to guide us without overflowing,” says Fernando.
