Karin Brinck leaves H&M after almost 14 years.

The Global Sustainability Manager announced its farewell to the Swedish fashion group on Monday at the LinkedIn career network. Brinck, who now describes itself on her profile as Leader & Senior Sustainability Executive, wants to take a break before it is opening up a new professional chapter.

“This journey made up major steps from my comfort zone, but the reward was to learn countless opportunities to work together, to work and contribute to the sustainability efforts both within our company and together with industry colleagues,” said the outgoing manager over her time at the H&M Group.

The sustainability expert joined the Global Sustainability Team from H&M in 2011. Originally, their role included the areas of CSR & Marketing before working as a Project Manager and later as Sustainability Manager for H&M Kids. In addition, she was involved in the introduction of the Arket brand belonging to the group, where she held the position of Global Sustainability Manager from 2016 to 2021.
