Kanye West visited former US President Donald Trump at his Florida home. West announced on Twitter Wednesday (November 24) that he was there to ask Trump if they would like to run together in the 2024 US election. The rapper is already preparing for his campaign and has clothes embroidered with the inscription “Ye 24”.

“First time in Mar-a-Lago. rain and traffic. I can’t believe I kept President Trump waiting. And I was wearing jeans. Oh dear,” Kanye West wrote on Twitter and started a poll: “What do you think was his answer when I asked him to run with me in 2024?” Out of a total of over 900,000 votes, 58.7 percent were of the opinion, a commitment from Trump is likely.

Kanye West and Donald Trump met for a “work lunch” at the White House back in 2018. Both were unbanned from their Twitter accounts on November 20 after being banned for different reasons. Earlier this year, Trump more or less directly called for the storming of the Capitol in Washington, West posted anti-Semitic comments. Since her return, only Kanye West has posted a few tweets, Trump not yet.
