As reported by Reggionlinein the concert area of Reggio Emilia (the RCF Arena) all the work necessary for the show would be carried out at great speed. Despite this, however, it seems that the bureaucratic permits necessary to carry out everything are missing. We read, in fact, that «the organizational machine has already been set in motion.
