Kadirov: Chechen troops help Russians

Chechnya assists Russian armed forces in the war in Ukraine. Ramzan Kadirov, the leader of this autonomous Russian republic and a staunch ally of Vladimir Putin, announced in a video message on Saturday that Chechen units have taken positions in Ukraine.

Kadirov said Russian invasion forces could easily take major Ukrainian cities, including Kiev. Their mission, however, is to prevent the loss of life. According to him, Chechnya has so far not regretted any casualties. Following Putin, Kadirov also called on the Ukrainians to overthrow their government. According to the Russian president, it consists of “neo-Nazis”.
