At the European Weightlifting Championships held in Bulgaria, Kaan Kahriman won the gold medal in the 67 kilo category with his 142 kilo snatch lift.
On the third day of the European Weightlifting Championship held in the capital Sofia, Kaan Kahriman and Ferdi Hardal appeared on the podium in the 67 kilo category. Kaan Kahriman won the gold medal in the snatch with his lift of 142 kilos, while Ferdi Hardal ranked 7th in the snatch with his lift of 135 kilos.
National athletes have won a total of 10 medals in the championship so far: 5 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze.
