The Italian record champion Juventus Turin apparently wants to make a transfer from BVB professional Karim Adeyemi again this summer. This time the old lady is supposed to be better chances than a year ago.
The “Gazzetta Dello Sport” reports on the interest of the Bianconeri in Adeyemi. The newspaper writes that Juventus is now targeting the BVB star again after a transfer could not be realized last summer.
At that time, the deal is said to have failed primarily due to the high salary claims of the player and the Dortmund’s transfer request. The conversation was a transfer fee of around 60 million euros about twelve months ago. In the meantime, the “Gazzetta” speculates over an area of 45 to 50 million euros.
BVB at ADEYEMI ready to talk?
Nothing has been decided for a long time, but Adeyemi has already looked around for other clubs. Juve is high on his list, claims the Italian sports newspaper. At the same time, BVB should also keep the eyes open according to potential buyers.
What speaks for a deal according to “Gazzetta” is the extraordinarily good relationship that the Bundesliga club and the Serie-A club maintain. A direct meeting will take place in mid -August as part of a friendly game. “That could be the perfect framework to complete the deal,” the newspaper writes.
Adeyemi is committed to BVB, but …
It remains to be seen whether the deal will occur. Just a few days ago, Adeyemi once again committed himself to BVB and emphasized how much he appreciates the club. At the same time, he also said that one could never know “how the way is what life is”. Stand now “everything is good here”.
The 23-year-old winger has been playing for the Westphalia since summer 2022. The Dortmunders had left the trained right wing for the rumored transfer fee of around 30 million euros from Red Bull Salzburg.
