The main suspect, Suyati M., was sentenced to fifteen years in prison while she had been demanded for eighteen years. The suspect Eurodis J. had twelve years, Shahier P. had seven years and Ervinella F. was sentenced to thirty months in prison. Shakir C. got youth detention because he was 16 years old at the time of the murder.
