Jesse WilliamsDr. Jackson Avery of Grey’s Anatomyimitates Nanni Moretti in Dear diary in the new series Coast hotel (available on First videos from September 24). In the first episode we see it in the saddle of one Wasp red on the coast of the Amalfi coast, while singing Freddie Scott’s song at the top (You) Got What I Need of 1968: it is the incipit of the series, of which the American actor is also an executive producer, and is not the only means of locomotion he uses during the episodes. The plot

Jesse Williams interprets Daniel De Luca, a former American marine of Neapolitan origins who returns to his childhood land to work as a problem solver in one of the most luxurious hotels in the world (Coastal villa in fact). He has a well -prepared team with which he will have to solve several cases, including the disappearance of a tycoon at sea, the departure of an elderly customer who needs an urgent coffin and above all the disappearance of Alice, one of the daughters of the hotel owner (played by Tommaso Spider) who will hold the bench for all the six episodes. Daniel is all doing, but he must above all solve a question with himself, and that’s why he has returned to Italy. “He has a hole inside – said Jesse Williams – A solitude to fight with. I tried to create a fallacious character, who has flaws, but is trying to improve to fill that void”.

The cast of the series is made up of international and Italian actors. Next to Jesse Williams play Maria Chiara Giannetta (Blanca), the manager of Villa Costiera and sister of Alice, the girl that Daniel is looking for. It seems that the last time he was spotted together with a man, a certain Bruno, played by Pierpaolo Spollon. Antonio Geraci is a former criminal and now a member of Daniel’s team. Daniel calls and he replies. To help them are also Genny Ramirez (Jordan Alexandra) and Count Villanova Rochester (Sam Haygarth).

The international series, co -produced by Amazon MGM Studios And Lux Videdistributed all over the world (from Canada to the United States, from Australia to Great Britain, to France), was shot on the Amalfi Coast between Villa Treville, former residence of Franco Zeffirelli, the alleys of Naples, Positano with its streets overlooking the sea, the Argentario and Sperlonga, in Lazio, where a square and a bar inspired by Positano was reconstructed.
