Jehovah’s Witnesses keep control strictly in the hands of a mass meeting in Flanders Expo: “It is our congress and therefore also our rules”

Flanders Expo, often playing area of music fans and exhibition visitors, but today is a bit different: more than 14,000 Jehovah’s witnesses come together for a large congress, a meeting where order, austerity and togetherness are central. No festival bands and expensive snacks, but festive outfits and a sleek organization. Curious about who the people are behind the door-to-door visits, we went to Ghent, but things went differently than we expected.
