Jari-Matti Latvala40, and Janni Hussi33, pursued a top performance at the Jyväskylä World Rally when the duo leaned second in the WRC2 class.
Latvala and Hussi missed only 1.1 seconds from the winning win Roope Korhonen and Anssi Viinikka.
For Huss, known as a media personality, the race was exceptional as he is a fairly fresh face in the rally world. Before the competition, Hussi outlined the goal of the prize ball and was also achieved.
– The podium was reached and that was the goal. But when it comes to such a small one, it is a pity that the side of the mouth went, Hussi said after the race.
Hussi congratulated the winning duo as soon as he came to Ouninpohja.
– I’m really happy for Roope and Anssi. Roope was doing really well this weekend. Big hat lift. This was left hungry for next year, Hussi comments.
After the rally, Hussi posted a video summary of the weekend’s mood on Instagram. The video shows, among other things, how Latvala and Hussi play on gravel roads and celebrate the prize investment by spraying a sparkling drink.
