Director James Burrows has died at the age of 85, says People.
Burrows worked on several popular series. He won 11 Emmy Awards during his career. His decades-long career began The Mary Tyler Moore Show from the series.
He directed everyone Will & Grace episodes of the series. He also worked behind the camera in serials like Friends, Cheers and Rilli in Huuru.
– We celebrate the extraordinary life and lasting legacy of James Burrows. He passed away peacefully today surrounded by his loving family, the Burrows family told People magazine in a statement.
Burrows directed over a thousand episodes of television series and helped create some of the most iconic series of all time. He also directed the pilot episode of Frendit series.
Burrows took the young Frendit stars to Las Vegas before the premiere of the series. The trip was meant to bring the Actors closer to each other before the premiere of the series.
