Jack Wolfskin is filling three management positions

The outdoor specialist Jack Wolfskin has filled three top positions.

Scott LeClair is to succeed Matthew Jung as general manager for China, reports the trade magazine Textilwirtschaft. At the beginning of the year, Jung took over overall management as CEO of the brand, which belongs to the US sporting goods group Callaway Golf.

LeClair – according to his own information on the career network Linkedin – comes from the US sportswear company Nike, where he was most recently general manager for running and training in Shanghai.

In addition, Claire Midwood is now said to be Senior Vice President of Product and Marketing at Jack Wolfskin. According to her own information on Linkedin, she brings with her experience as CEO of the Berlin online mail order company Amorelie and Adidas, among other things. She worked in various roles at the Herzogenaurach-based sporting goods company for more than 20 years, most recently as Senior Vice President Concept to Consumer. Midwood also led the launch of the Adidas Neo label there.

The third new addition is Sébastien Plasson, who works as Vice President Sales Europe for the Idstein-based company. He comes to Jack Wolfskin from the bicycle provider Accell Group, according to his Linkedin profile. Other stops included the sports and outerwear providers Salomon, The North Face and Odlo.

None of the three new additions have updated their position on Linkedin at the time of publishing this post. Jack Wolfskin has not yet responded to FashionUnited’s request.
