In Izegem the festive kick -off of the World Festival was given last night. Still until Tuesday, folk art groups from Taiwan, Martinique, the Basque Country and Slovakia, among others, fill the city with music, dance and folklore. This year is extra special, because the festival is blowing out 60 candles.
