Betis Borgia churches lamented the defeat at the horn of his team against Eintracht in the round of 16 of the Europa League and, despite the blow of “a hard day that must be digested”, said that the clash “has escaped them” because the team is “fully convinced of what he does” and “an exciting season finale” remains.

Borja Iglesias he came on in the 78th minute of the match in substitution of the Brazilian William José Da Silva and twelve later he was the author of the goal that tied the tie in the ninetieth minute and had the chance to score another in extra time with a header that went off the Eintracht crossbar.

He described, in statements to Betis television, as “A pity” not scoring what would have been the goal of the Betic classification and explained that it derived from how the ball came to him, before stressing that, despite the hard night in Frankfurt, the important thing is that the team is “fully convinced of what it is doing.”

The Galician winger lamented the defeat although he learned that the team is “super-involved” and with the challenges of the League and the Copa del Rey final on April 23, which is “the key” to a final of season that he predicted as “exciting” and with “very important challenges”.

“We’re all going to enjoy it,” said the ‘Panda’ after a “hard” night to forget and in which he took advantage of the involvement of all the players in Manuel Pellegrini’s project.
