Customers here mainly opt for ready-made party menus, so that they have little work on the evening itself. While all customers come to collect their orders, butcher Robby and his team behind the scenes are already focusing on next Friday.

“We will soon be making regular dry sausages. Friday is a normal working day again and so they all have to be made again. A dry sausage is often bought to take to work. It never actually ends like that,” says Robby.

Although Robby and Angelique will press the pause button tonight. “We are having dinner with friends for the first time this evening. This way we also have some relaxation. We have actually never done that before, normally we are always at home at the end of the year,” concludes the butcher couple.
