Irene Schouten has restored order in the 3000 meters at the World Cup in Heerenveen. The Olympic champion won in Thialf with a time of 3.54.04, with which she dived under her own track record. Canada’s Isabelle Weidemann came in second. Norway’s Ragne Wiklund, winner in Stavanger a week earlier, finished third.
