The Handelsverbund Intersport Deutschland eG presented its new partnership with the German Ski Association (DSV) on Wednesday. As part of the agreement, Intersport “will appear as a team partner of the German national skiing team Ski Alpin,” says a message.

The collaboration is “more than a cooperation in top -class sport,” emphasized Intersport. “She is a commitment to common responsibility for the future of winter sports in Germany.”

Henriette Tesch, the COO of Intersport Germany, paid tribute to the partnership. “Ski sports belong to the DNA of Intersport and is significant in the future for our over 700 dealers across Germany,” she emphasized in a statement. “The partnership with the DSV is therefore a very special matter for the heart. It combines our passion for winter sports with the top achievements of the German athletes.”

Together with the DSV, the trade network wants to “spark enthusiasm, get people moving and further strengthen the relevance of skiing at all levels,” said Tesch.
