Fourth top division of the striker

Striker Alexis Sánchez had agreed with Inter Milan to terminate the contract that expired in 2023, and now the Chilean’s new club has also been decided. In any case, according to the club, Sánchez and Olympique Marseille agreed in principle to work together. The striker’s arrival in the southern French city had already been celebrated in the media on Tuesday. The 33-year-old, who moves to his fourth top division after Serie A, LaLiga and Premier League, is expected to sign immediately after the medical check, reportedly until 2024.

Inter had signed the 146-time national player in 2020 after a one-year loan from Manchester United, also as a result of a contract termination. However, Sánchez only had as little playing time in the league as last season at the beginning of his career. He was only on the pitch for 866 of a possible 2,430 minutes in Serie A, scoring five goals and setting up three more.
