Furthermore, the undeveloped land we have today becomes something unexpected and fascinating, further complementing and expanding our offer.
- Coti Residential and Expansion in Brazil: By mid-year, we will complete the Coti Residencial project in Canasvieiras, Brazil, marking the beginning of a series of residential developments in the region. This is just the first step towards our consolidation in the Brazilian market, which will take us to 2025, a key year for our expansion in Brazil. With three new projects in Florianópolis, we reaffirm our global vision and enter a market full of potential.
- Industrial Warehouses: We continue with our expansion in the industrial warehouses sector, delivering new spaces designed with cutting-edge technologies, prioritizing efficiency and sustainability. We believe this type of infrastructure is key for companies seeking strong, profitable growth, and we are proud to be part of that momentum.
