Berlin is the star in this film. “The Hunger Games – The Ballad of Songbirds” opens in cinemas on November 16th. It was shot in Berlin and the second trailer has now been released.
Berlin has never been seen so dark. For “The Hunger Games – The Ballad of Songbirds,” the footage that was taken during filming in Berlin was properly edited again.

In the second trailer, which has now been released, a dystopian city landscape can be seen. The main backdrops were the Olympic Stadium, the anatomical theater of the Charité, but also Strausberger Platz, the Altes Museum and the Treptow Crematorium.

The actors include Tom Blyth (“Benediction”), Rachel Zegler (“West Side Story”) as well as the German actors Clemens Schick (“Andor”), Dimitri Abold (“Beckenrand Sheriff”), Luna Kuse (“ Raspberries with Mustard”) and Irene Böhm (“Babylon Berlin”).
